Medical facilities

Immediately behind the reception area is the practice dispensary and laboratory. A wide range of laboratory tests are conducted in-house and in most cases test results can be reported to the client in a matter of minutes.

There is a kennel area with 17 kennels for holding animals who are undergoing treatment, and before and after operations. 6 of these kennels are set apart from the rest to provide a quiet stress free area for cats and small furry pets. 6 of the kennels are easily adapted to enable us to provide intensive care for your pet.

Adjacent to the kennel area is the pre-op preparation room and this leads on to our dedicated operating theatre which is used for all major operations. In addition we have a second operating theatre with a dedicated dental suite with an area for performing less sterile operations e.g. wound cleaning, ear syringes, etc.

Next to the dental operating theatre is our Imaging Suite which has a modern X-ray and Ultra-sound units. This unit is lead lined to conform to the highest standards of safety and once again many X-rays and Ultra-sound examinations can be carried out while the client waits and results reported very quickly.
