Part of The Pets’n’Vets Family since 2010, our Queen's Park practice has a reputation for providing great value local Veterinary care. We have many lovely clients whose family pets have been treated by the practice for generations, which is a cornerstone of the local area.
We are proud to be a RCVS accredited practice, meaning our surgery and staff meet the most stringent of standards. Our friendly team which includes Practice Manger Carol Ann, Vets Kirsty and Katherine, and Nurse Amy look forward to welcoming you and your pets to the practice.

🎥 PetsApp Video Consults
🚑 Some urgent and emergency care
🐶🐱🐰 Puppy, Kitten & Rabbit Vaccinations
We will also start working our way through overdue Vaccinations - starting with the most overdue ... we are calling those that were due at the beginning of lockdown and whose immunity will be waning - we have a list and we will work as fast as we can! Please be patient with us!!!
There are some changes in the way that we are working!
**You MUST have an appointment time or collection time booked to come to the practice**
**We will carry out as much as we can remotely - that means
- Video Consults rather than in-person consults wherever possible
- All payments are taken over the phone (or on PetsApp) in advance of consults and medication collection
**You will be asked a series of questions before being able to attend the practice
**You will be asked to bring and wear a face covering if you do visit the practice
**You will not be able to enter the consulting room with your pet - we have a system that we hope will make sense to you!
**There are going to be lots of situations when we will book you in to our sister practice, the Roundhouse Hospital as we are only able to cover a limited range of things here.
Our Opening Hours are:
Monday 9-6 (closed 2.30-3.30 for lunch)
Tuesday 9-6 (closed 2.30-3.30 for lunch)
Wednesday 9-6 (closed 2.30-3.30 for lunch)

Friday 9-6 (closed 2.30-3.30 for lunch)
At all other times, our amazing colleagues at the Roundhouse will look after your pets.
We are so excited to be back! We can’t wait to speak to you all!
All the best and keep safe!
