We are able to offer a “Pay the Vet Direct” insurance claim service, subject to an application process, which requires us to view full insurance documentation at least 3 days in advance of any treatment.
Following review of the documentation, we will advise clients if we are willing to perform a direct insurance claim. This is not the case for all insurance companies and policies.
If we decide that a direct claim is possible, clients will require to sign documentation that outlines the direct claim policy and clearly states that the client remains liable for the full and prompt settlement of any account balance should the insurance company be unwilling to settle the account.
